HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO Civil Revision Petition No. 253 of 2016
Order:
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate legal remedies available to him.
2. Permission is accorded and, accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate legal remedies available to him. There shall be no order as to costs.
3. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
