ORDER:
Mr. K.V. Raghuveer, counsel for petitioner, having regard to the order passed in I.A.No.725 of 2016 and I.A.No.559 of 2015 dated 06.05.2016, does not press the revision.
The civil revision petition is dismissed. As a sequel,
the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
