CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1338 of 2010
ORDER:
Mr.Suresh Kumar Reddy Kalava c onfines his prayer to direct the II Additional District Judge, Madanapalle, to dispose of O.P.No.94 of 2007 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The O.P. was filed in the year 2007. The request of learned
counsel is reasonable.
Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of by directing the II Additional District Judge, Madanapalle, to dispose of O.P.No.94 of 2007 within three months from the date of receipt of
a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
