ORDER:
There was no representation for the petitioner on 05.09.2018. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed today, ‘for dismissal’. In spite of posting the matter under the caption, “for dismissal”, there is no representation for the petitioner today also.
Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for default. Interim stay granted by this court on 13.09.2010 in Crl.P.M.P.No.8025 of 2010 shall stand vacated.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending,
shall stand closed.
