ORDER
Learned counsel for the petitioner/accused submits that the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and therefore, the criminal petition may be dismissed as infructuous.
In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand dismissed.
