CRIMINAL PETITION No.3700 OF 2016
ORDER:
This Criminal is filed by the petitioners-A2 and A3, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the proceedings in PRC No.6 of 2015 on the file of the II-Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad.
Heard and perused the material available on record.
The offences alleged against the petitioners are punishable under Sections 307, 343, 498-A and 313 IPC and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
A reading of the statement of the victim-2nd respondent clearly discloses specific overt acts against the petitioners. Hence, this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings against the petitioners.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
