ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 by the petitioner/A-1 seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.1092 of 2014 on the file of the III Metropolitan Magistrate at L.B.Nagar, Cyberabad.
2. The petitioner has not filed the material papers before this Court on which he wants to rely upon. Hence, this Criminal Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition if he is so advised.
