Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the memorandum of grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition of "appearance of the petitioner on every working Wednesday before the Court of Special Magistrate, Nandyal, until further orders" imposed upon the petitioner vide orders dated 20-012016 in Crl.MP.No.333 of 2016 in C.C.No.476 of 2014, by the Special Magistrate, Nandyal in the interest of justice.
The petition is coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the grounds filed herein, order of the High Court dated 4-3-2016 & 13-04-2016 made herein, and upon hearing the arguments of Sri S.M. Deshmukh, Advocate for the petitioner and of the Public Prosecutor, (AP) for the Respondent No.2, the Court made the following:
