ORDER :
This petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code (for short “Cr.P.C.”) to quash the proceedings in Crime No.19 of 2013 on the file of Mahanandi Police Station, Kurnool District.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh represented that the Police referred the matter as false case and prayed to dismiss the petition.
Recording the said submission, the petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Petition shall stand dismissed.
