It is submitted by both the learned Counsel that amounts of Rs.13,35,740/- and Rs.4,65,989/- were paid by the respondent in favour of Laqshya Media Private Limited (Petitioner in C.P.No.26 of 2016) and Laqshya Hyderabad Airport Media Private Limited (Petitioner in C.P.No.331 of 2015) respectively by way of cheques in full and final settlement of the outstanding amounts claimed by the petitioners, the particulars of which are as follows:
