O R D E R
Pursuant to the docket order dated 9.9.2016, respondents 1 and 2 are present in person.
The learned Standing Counsel appearing on their behalf, on instructions, submit that the petitioners will be given provisional admission without insisting caste certificates.
In view of the above statement, the contempt notice is hereby discharged. The personal presence of the respondents is dispensed with. The contempt case is accordingly closed.
It is made clear that the admissions shall be subject to the out come of the writ petition. Giving provisional admissions will not create any right or equity in the petitioners with other admissions.
No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
