JUDGMENT:
Sri O.Manohar Reddy, learned counsel for the appellant, submitted letter dated 11-04-2016 informing that he received instructions from his client to withdraw the appeal and, therefore, sought permission of this Court to withdraw the appeal.
In view of the request made by learned counsel for the appellant, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn but without costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this appeal shall stand dismissed in consequence.
