JUDGMENT:
Sri S. Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel, appearing on behalf of Sri A.S. Rama Sarma, learned counsel for the appellants, submits that he was instructed by his clients to withdraw the Appeal and sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Appeal.
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, the Appeal Suit is dismissed as withdrawn.
In consequence, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Appeal, shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
