The Court made the following: ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare Assessment Notice, vide Lr.No.ADE/OP/PTC/F.No. /D.No.1218, dated 15.12.2011, of respondent No.2 and the action of the respondents in including the said amount as pending bill amount in the bill for January, 2012 as illegal and arbitrary.
Mr. A.Krishnam Raju, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed letter, dated 14.8.2015, to the Registry informing that he has instructions to withdraw the Writ Petition.
At the hearing, Mr. G.Gopala Krishna, learned counsel representing Mr. A.Krishnam Raju, learned counsel for the petitioner, reiterated the contents of the
said letter.
In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, interim order, dated 01.3.2012, in WPMP.No.7153 of 2012 is vacated and WPMP.No.7153 of 2012 is dismissed as infructuous.
