AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and memorandum of grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri N4/S LOTUS LAW FIRM Advocate for the Petitioner and the Public Prosecutor (AP) for the Respondent No.1 directed issue of notice to the Respondent No.2 herein to show cause as to why this CRIMINAL PETITION should not be admitted.

Yengumooru.Ramya, Wo.Srinivasa Rao, D.No.36-33-1/1 , Kala Pranganam, Kothareddy Kancharapalem, Visakhapatnam.
are directed to show cause on or before 05.12.2018 to which date the case standsposted as to why in the circumstances set out in thepetition and the memorandum ofgrounds filed therewith (copy enclosed) this CRIMINAL PETITION should not be admitted.
