O R D E R :
Heard.
This writ petition is similar to W.P.No.39063 of 2015, which was disposed of on 02-12-2015.
Hence, this writ petition is also disposed of with similar directions, which reads as under:-
“Since the petitioner apprehends that she will be dispossessed, it is appropriate to direct respondent No.3 to fix a date for hearing, hear the petitioner, examine the record as well as the explanation of the petitioner, and then pass a reasoned order. Till such appropriate order is passed and for a period of two weeks thereafter, if an adverse order is passed against the petitioner, she shall not be dispossessed or otherwise interfere with her possession.”
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No costs.
