ORDER:
The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present writ petition. He has filed a letter dated 31.03.2015 in the Registry to that effect.
Permission is granted.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
