In view of the above, these writ petitions are also dismissed, in accordance with and in terms of the common order in Writ Petition Nos.1727 & 2360 of 2015, dated 24.06.2015. There shall be no order as to costs.
The miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in these writ petitions, shall stand closed.
