ORDER:
When the matter was called on 13.11.2015, there was no representation for the petitioner and the matter was adjourned for two weeks under the caption ‘for dismissal.’ Again, when the matter was called today i.e. on 04.12.2015, none appeared.
Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
