ORDER:
It is submitted by both counsel that the tender notice which is subject matter of the Writ Petition is withdrawn by the respondents, therefore, the cause of action in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.
Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
