The Court made the following: ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the inaction of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in considering the petitioner’s representation, dated 30.7.2015, in preventing the illegal constructions being raised by respondent No.4 towards the northern portion of house bearing H.No.1-10-98/13 in Dwarakadas Colony, Begumpet, Hyderabad, as illegal and arbitrary.
During the hearing of this case, on three occasions, this Court has councelled the father of the petitioner-Mr. S.Vani Prasad (petitioner being a minor) and father of respondent No.4 (respondent No.4 being a minor), who are natural brothers and also their father.
Today, the father of the petitioner has reported to the Court that he has realised the futility of this litigation and has decided to live in harmony; and that therefore, he would like to withdraw the Writ Petition.
This Court while appreciating the gesture of Mr. S.Vani Prasad, the father of the petitioner, dismisses the Writ Petition as withdrawn.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.31991 of 2015 shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
