COMMON ORDER:
The petitioners are fair price shop dealers of Gurajala and Veldurthi Mandals and they were issued show cause notices initially to which they submitted their explanation in respect of irregularities alleged against them. Thereafter, their authorizations were suspended by orders dated 27.06.2015
and 20.04.2015 pending further orders. The said orders are challenged in the present batch of Writ Petitions.
In view of the pending enquiry before the fourth respondent, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the case at this stage. However, the fourth respondent is directed to complete the enquiry by giving due opportunity to the petitioners, within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, as the petitioners have already submitted their explanations. It is needless to mention that the petitioners shall be given liberty to peruse the record during the course of enquiry, and the proposed orders of the fourth respondent shall contain reasons.
The Writ Petitions are, accordingly, disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
