Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Learned Advocate General for the State of Andhra Pradesh, on instructions, submits that respondent Nos.1 and 2 shall withdraw the impugned demand notices and shall issue a show cause notice, as and when petitioners apply for building permission, to show cause as to why vacant land tax be not recovered from them and decide the same on merits in accordance with law.
The statement made by learned Advocate General is recorded and accepted. In view thereof, nothing further survives in the writ petitions. It is needless to mention that the demand notices, in view of the statement made by learned Advocate General, render ineffective. Writ petitions are accordingly disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
