ORDER:
Pursuant to the letter given by the learned counsel for the petitioners seeking to post the matter for withdrawal, the same is posted today under the caption ‘for withdrawal’.
At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition.
Permission as sought for is accorded.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
