Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the case of the appellants is not covered by the common order dated 04-07-2015 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.17944 of 2015 and batch. It is not possible for this Court to entertain such submissions and when we so expressed, learned counsel for the appellants prays for withdrawal of the appeals with liberty to the appellants to file review petitions.
Writ appeals are disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
