JUDGMENT:
The learned counsel for the appellant had filed a letter before the Registry stating that he received a letter from the appellant to withdraw the appeal. In the said letter, it is also requested to list the matter under the caption For Withdrawal’. Accordingly, the matter is listed today under the caption For Withdrawal’.
In view of the contents of the said letter, the Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
