Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of writ petition with liberty to file review petition before learned Single Judge, who disposed of W.P.No.22899 of 2015 vide order, dated 24.07.2015. He made such prayer, submitting that when the writ petition was withdrawn he was granted liberty to file public interest litigation. Such is not the order, dated 24.07.2015.
Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
