JUDGMENT:
Despite listing the matter on 10.04.2015, there was no representation for the appellant. Hence, a direction was given to the Registry to list the matter under the caption “for dismissal”. 2. In the result, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
