Sri G. Sravan Kumar, learned counsel for the appellanthusband seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the appeal. To that effect, he has also filed a letter dated 20.08.2015 before the Registry.
2. Permission is accorded. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
