CRIMINAL PETITION No. 8712 OF 2015
ORDER:
Since investigation is completed, charge sheet is filed and the same is registered as C.C.No. 548 of 2015 as represented by Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to challenge the charge sheet.
Permission accorded.
The Criminal Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Pending miscellaneous petitions in this petition, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence. No order as to costs.
