ORDER:
This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/A2 in F.I.R. No.376 of 2013 on the file of the Khammam Traffic Police Station, Khammam District.
2. At the time of arguments, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in this case trial was completed.
3. Having regard to the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, no further orders need be passed in this petition. Accordingly, this criminal petition is closed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
