ORDER :
Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor represented that the police already filed final report and the learned Magistrate has taken cognizance which is numbered as C.C. No.44 of 2013.
2) Therefore, the Criminal Petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioners to file fresh application for quash the final report of the police including part-II CD and other material and the cognizance, if any, taken by learned Magistrate.
3) Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
