The Court made the following:
ORDER:
This Company Application is filed for substituting the applicant in place of respondent No.2 in Company Petition No.168 of 2009.
The Official Liquidator (incharge) has filed a report, dated 06.8.2015, wherein he has stated no objection for allowing this Company Application, subject to condition that the applicant submits the relevant documents like Forms-8 and 13 along with the original assignment deed, dated 20.3.2015 to the Official Liquidator to prove its claim.
In the light of the above report, this Company Application is ordered, subject to the applicant filing the required documents, as indicated by the Official Liquidator (incharge) in his report, during the adjudication proceedings.
