JUDGMENT:
The learned counsel for both the sides submit that the matter is settled out of Court and that an Award has been passed by the Lok Adalat Bench at Hyderabad.
In view of the above, the CMA is disposed of in terms of the Award of the Lok Adalat Bench at Hyderabad.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this appeal shall stand closed.
