ORDER:
This Court disposed of the W.P.No.8878 of 2013 on 29.11.2013 directing the petitioner to appear before the Engineerin-Chief with relevant papers available in support of his claim that he has executed the subject work. On submission of such material, the Engineer-in-Chief shall afford him personal hearing, verify the relevant documents submitted by the petitioner with reference to the records of the department and pass a reasoned order. Alleging that violation of the said orders, this Contempt Case is filed.
2. Along with counter-affidavit, respondent enclosed orders passed on 06.03.2014 in compliance of the orders passed by this Court. Having regard to the same, no disobedience of orders passed by this Court warranting interference of the contempt proceedings and the Contempt Case is closed. It is open to the petitioner to work out his remedies.
Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
