Judgment: (per the Hon’ble the Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta)
In terms of our order dated 30.12.2014, restoration of possession to the 1st respondent-writ petitioner has been done and notice has been issued to him in terms of the earlier order of the learned trial judge for giving a hearing.
Hence, we do not want to proceed further in this matter. Let the hearing be completed in terms of the order of the learned trial Judge.
The Contempt Appeal is accordingly closed.
Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
