Counsel for the appellants submits that during pendency of the appeal (A.S.No.604 of 2013), the appellants have surrendered possession of the suit premises to the respondent-landlord and, therefore, nothing further survives in the appeal suit.
Learned counsel for the respondent-landlord does not dispute the submission and prays for disposal of the appeal suit as infructuous.
In view thereof, A.S.No.604 of 2013 and A.S.M.P.No.2442 of 2014 stand disposed of as rendered infructuous.
