JUDGMENT:
This appeal arises out of the judgment and decree, dated 30.09.2008, in O.S.No.691 of 2002 on the file of learned III Additional Senior Civil Judge, Visakhapatnam.
The Secretary of the High Court Legal Services Committee addressed a letter, dated 24.03.2015, to the Registry informing that this appeal has been settled, vide its award, dated 14.02.2015, which was enclosed along with the said letter. A perusal of the said award shows that the parties have agreed for settling the dispute in terms of the memorandum of compromise jointly filed by them in A.S.M.P.No.2261 of 2014 in A.S.No.474 of 2009, which was filed for recording compromise.
In view of the above facts, the Appeal Suit is disposed of in terms of Lok
Adalat award, dated 14.02.2015.
As a sequel to disposal of the Appeal Suit, A.S.M.P.No.1402 of 2009 filed by the appellant for interim stay shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
