JUDGMENT:
Learned counsel for the appellant submitted a letter on 29.09.2015 before the Registry seeking permission to withdraw the present appeal, as both the parties have settled the matter out of the Court.
Permission is accorded and this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn, but without costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this appeal, shall stand closed.
