JUDGMENT:
Kum Soumya, Advocate representing Sri V.V.L.N.Sarma, learned counsel for the appellant sought time to obtain instructions from the party, but refused as the matter is already listed under the caption ‘for dismissal’ and the appeal relates to 1997.
