JUDGMENT:
Sri Srinivas Emani, Advocate, representing Sri E.S.Ramachandra Murthy (his father), learned counsel for the appellant, stated that he has no instructions. In the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, this Court has no other option except to dismiss the appeal for non-prosecution.
