ORDER: (per Hon’ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) Both Sri Vemireddy Bhaskar Reddy, , learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri P.Balaji Varma, learned Special Standing Counsel for Commercial Taxes, would agree that the subject matter of this Writ Petition is covered by a common order of this Court in W.P.Nos.13418 and 16782 of 2014 dated 29.10.2014.
Following the said order and in terms thereof, this Writ Petition is also allowed. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
