COMMON ORDER: (per the HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE K.C.BHANU)
In pursuance of the orders passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for short ‘the Tribunal’) in O.A.Nos.10548, 8650, 8649, 8648 and 10554 of 2012, official respondents issued show cause notice to the petitioners herein calling for their objections.
2. The present writ petitions are filed by the petitioners questioning the seniority on the ground that they are not parties to the O.As and principles of natural justice have been violated by raising several contentions including limitation aspect.
3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.
4. 3rd respondent herein has to take appropriate decision basing on the show cause notice issued to the petitioners and others. The petitioners are given liberty to file objections to the show cause notice by raising all contentions including plea of limitation and laches within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter, the 3rd respondent shall take appropriate decision in accordance with law.
5. Accordingly, the writ petitions are disposed of modifying the order of the Tribunal to the extent indicated above. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these writ petitions shall stand cancelled.
