This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to the order dated 31-08-1999 in O.A.No.2112 of 1997 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for short, ‘the Tribunal’) and quash the same.

2. O.A.No.2112 of 1997 was filed praying the Tribunal to declare the action of the respondents in not fixing the notional seniority of the applicants and not reviewing the promotions in terms of the orders of the Tribunal in O.A.Nos.12171 to 12182 of 1991 and C.A.No.137 of 1994, dated 12-07-1995 as arbitrary. The said O.A. was disposed of directing the respondents to re-examine the cases of the 8 applicants in O.A.No.2080 of 1999 with regard to notional dates assigned to them or to be assigned and pass appropriate orders thereon. Challenging the same, this writ petition is filed.

3. Heard learned Special Government Pleader for Additional Advocate General and Mr.Ratna Reddy, learned counsel for the respondents.
