Following the aforesaid order and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is also disposed of on the same lines to that of W.P.No.2852 of 2009.
With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
