This Writ Petition is filed challenging the order, dated 30.01.2001, in O.A.No.1351 of 2000 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for short, ‘the Tribunal’), whereunder and whereby G.O.Ms.No.109, Social Welfare (V) Department, dated 17.06.1988 and also the Recruitment Notification of Police Constables issued in Rc.No.625/R&T Admn.2/99, dated 05.11.1999, were set aside.
2. It is contended by both the learned counsel that the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court in W.P.No.33950 of 2011, dated 29.04.2014.
3. Following the said judgment, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, liberty is given to the parties to approach the Court after disposal of the case, which was pending before the Hon’ble Supreme Court. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
