ORDER:- (per Hon’ble Sri Justice K.C.Bhanu)
This writ petition is filed seeking to issue writ of Certiorari calling for the records from respondent No.2 relating to the case in AOR No.9/09 in R.P.No.31 of 2006 in O.A.No.757 of 2002 and to quash the order, dated 22.1.2013, made therein including Proclamation of sale-cum-E-auction sale notice, dated 23.1.2014, in R.P.No.31 of 2006 in O.A.No.757 of 2002 issued by respondent No.1 as being illegal and arbitrary.
2. Heard both sides.
3. The issue involved in this case is squarely covered by the common order, dated 18.6.2014, in W.P.Nos.6790, 6953 and 6954 of 2014 of this Court. Following the said order, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
