Sri V. Ramesh, learned counsel representing Sri B. Sai Ram Goud, learned counsel for the petitioner on record submits that he has instructions to withdraw the writ petition as the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.
Permission is granted, and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is made clear that if any amounts are deposited pending the writ petition, the same shall be dealt with in accordance with law. No order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
