ORDER: (Per the Hon’ble Sri Justice Ashutosh Mohunta)

This writ petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos.1 and 2 in issuing Show Cause Notice, dated 10.09.2008 and Notice, dated 23.02.2012, by not taking any action against respondent Nos.3 and 4, who made franchise agreement as fake and forged, which is against the Indian Contract Act, as arbitrary and illegal.

The petitioner is aggrieved by the show cause notice, dated 10.09.2008 and notice dated 23.02.2012 issued by the Commercial Tax Officer, Government of Andhra Pradesh, Siddipet, Medak District, the second respondent herein, vide which, amounts of Rs.1,200/- and Rs.6,700/have been demanded towards entertainment tax.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, we are of the considered opinion that this writ petition has been filed highly belatedly, moreover the amounts demanded by the second respondent are very meager. Hence, we find no ground to interfere in this writ petition.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
