This Writ Petition is filed for quashing the show cause notice issued by respondent No.2 vide R.C.No.5706/2014-B, dated 08-11-2014.
At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (AP), representing the respondents, on oral instructions, submitted that having realised that the issue of show cause notice to the petitioner is not sustainable in law as the alleged variations of stocks found in his fair price shop during the course of are well within the inspection permissible limits, respondent No.2 has withdrawn the show cause notice and restored the petitioner’s fair price shop authorization.
This submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies is placed on record and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.50025 of 2014, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
